    Under the CSR initiative of The Muthoot Group, a File Making Machine was donated to The M.N. Banajee Industrial Home for the Blind at Jogeshwari (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra. This initiative will support around 160 visually impaired youth for livelihood in a year.

    The Donation was made in the presence of the Mr. S.S. Chaudhari, Director & Technical Advisor of National Association of Blind, Mr. Ramakant Satam, Chief Executive Secretary of NAB School, Mr. Sonu Gaund CSR Manager of Regional office Mumbai Main, Mr. Vignesh Pandey, HR Executive, Mr. Akash Chaubey, Junior Executive Finance, Mr. Mansukh Ashok, Branch Head Jogeshwari, Mr. Pinaksh Dangodra, JRE and 40 Visually Impaired Youth & NAB staff members.

    We distributed 10 manual cycle rickshaws to poor migrant families in Najafgarh, Delhi thereby enabling self-employment and self-reliance amongst them.

    Mr. Alexander George Muthoot, Deputy Managing Director- The Muthoot Group; Dr. Sara George, Director- Paul George Global School; Mr. Abhinav Iyer, General Manager, Marketing & Strategy- The Muthoot Group; Mr. R M Diwan, Sr. General Manager, CSR & Corporate Affairs- The Muthoot Group and Mrs. Roshni Vijayan, Principal- Paul George Global School donated 39 wheelchairs to players of Wheelchair Cricket India Association at Paul George Global School, New Delhi thereby supporting the differently-abled players.

    Flagged off in the year 2017, Muthoot Skill India Initiative aims to make talented young people self-reliant by imparting employable skills to facilitate wage employment as well as self-employment. Under this initiative, we have upskilled more than 800 unemployed youngsters (primarily girls) across different trades for over three years. By integrating vocational training and scholarships, we have ensured the employment of 75% youngsters and helped the rest start their enterprise. The Muthoot Skill India Initiative is in tandem with the Group’s vision of enriching the lives of the masses while contributing back to society.
