    To commemorate 2 nd Anniversary & Remembrance Day of our Beloved Chairman Sir Late Shri. M.G. George Muthoot, three geysers, two water lifting motors and two over head water tanks were donated to senior citizens at Aangan old age home at Sector 105, Noida, Uttar Pradesh under CSR initiative of The Muthoot Group.

    Donation was made in the presence of Mr. Deepak Chandna, Regional Manager- Muthoot Finance Ltd- Delhi East Region; Mr. Jitendra Kumar Saini, Sr. BDM- Muthoot Finance; Ms. Manisha Singh, Founder of Angan Elderly Home and other staff members of Old Age Home and 40 senior citizens.

    Under the CSR initiative of Muthoot Finance, five garbage cycle rickshaws were donated to poor rag pickers under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at community center, C Block, J.J. Colony, Bawana, New Delhi.

    Donation was done in the presence of Mr. Neeraj Kumar, Community Social Worker; Mr. Bhagwati Prasad, General Secretary; Mr. Sumeet Dhawan, ARM- Muthoot Finance, Delhi North West; Mr. Lokesh Prasad Sharma, BDM Sales- Muthoot Finance; Ms. Snehlata , AM BIC- Muthoot Finance, Bawana; Sales Assistants- Muthoot Finance; Ms. Nisha- Social Welfare Society and CSR Team, CO(N).
    This initiative will transform the lives of five rag pickers as they will be able to earn livelihood for their families from it.

    As part of its CSR initiative, Muthoot Finance donated a Mahindra Scorpio Car to support the Shantigram Project. The donation was done by Mr. Alexander George
    Muthoot, Joint Managing Director, The Muthoot Group in the presence of His Holiness Baselios Marthoma Mathews III Catholicos of the East & Malankara Metropolitan.

    The Shantigram Project is a community development project of the Delhi Diocese of the Malankara Orthodox Church functioning under the aegis of the Sophia Society. It is situated in the village of Mandawar, in Sohna Tehsil of Haryana. This integrated rural development programme aims at the qualitative development of the lifestyle of about 20,000 poor and underprivileged inhabitants of 10 villages in and around Mandawar.

    Under the CSR initiative of The Muthoot Group, 200 blankets and 200 woolen caps were distributed to underprivileged people at Kirari, New Delhi.
    The activity was done in the presence of Mr. Deepak Gupta, Councilor, Ward No. 40 Kirari New Delhi; Shri Shoji Paul, Sr. Regional Manager- Muthoot Finance, Delhi West Region; Mr. Dilip Kumar Sharma, Sr. BDM- Muthoot Finance; Ms. Supriya Sareen, DM CRO- Muthoot Finance; Ms. Reena, AM (BIC) Kirari Chowk Branch- Muthoot Finance and CSR Team CO (N).

    Under the CSR initiative of The Muthoot Group, a Toilet Block was constructed for general people in the premises of Noida District Court at Surajpur, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

    The Toilet Block was inaugurated by Sh. Manjeet Singh Suran, Principal Judge of District Court- Noida in presence of Mr. Kaluram Choudhary, President of Bar Association District Court- Noida; Mr Neeraj Tawer, Secretary of Bar Association; Mr Shashi Sahai, Board Member and Treasurer Aarohan NGO; Mr. Deepak Chandna, Regional Manager- Delhi East, Muthoot Finance, CSR team CO (N) and other Advocates & Bar Association members.

    This initiative will benefit around 1000 general people per day.

    Under the CSR initiative of The Muthoot Group, Rs 10,00,000/- financial assistance was provided to 10 newly married girls, all daughters of widowed mothers under the Muthoot Vivaha Sammanam Project at The Muthoot Group Corporate Office, Alaknanda, New Delhi. Each girl was handed over a cheque of Rs 1,00,000/-. This project was started in the year 2004 and till date we have supported 4,642 girls and their families in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Kolkata and Delhi.

    The cheques were handed over to the beneficiaries by Shri. Alexander George Muthoot, Joint Managing Director – The Muthoot Group in the presence of Mr. Vikas Bhardwaj, Convenor People’s Cause and Founder Member The Citizens Alliance; Mr. Deepak Saraswat, President of J.S.M. Educational & Social Welfare Association; Mr. Bhagwati Prasad, General Secretary of Nisha Social Welfare Society and Sr. Staff Members of The Muthoot Group & beneficiaries family members.

    We have distributed 4,000 Indian National Flag to all Muthootians, teachers and students of our educational institutions and countless customers who have enthusiastically displayed our Indian National Flag at their homes to showcase their National unity and patriotism.

    Under the CSR Initiative of The Muthoot Group, warm clothes such as blankets, shawls and
    caps were distributed to 700 poor & needy people at Maniktala, Kolkata.

    The Donation was made in the presence of Mrs. Soma Choudhari, Councilor Ward no 37; Mr.
    Subrata Kar, Additional OC, Amherst Street Police Station; Mr. Suresh Kumar Sharma, CEO,
    Marvari Hospital; Mr. Prayal Chaudhuri, Founder of Preeti Foundation; Mr. Abdul Wahid, Sr.
    RM, Kolkata, Mr. Sunil Kumar Surendran, Cluster Manager; and Mr.Rajesh Gopalan, Branch
    Head, Maniktala.

    Under the CSR initiative of The Muthoot Group, physical possession of the 10 houses constructed under Muthoot Aashiyana Project were handed over to the poor & underprivileged people of Gaindikhata District of Haridwar in Uttarakhand. The keys were handed over to the house owners by Shri. Alexander George Muthoot, Joint Managing Director – The Muthoot Group.

    Under the CSR initiative of The Muthoot Group, Rs. 5,00,000 financial assistance was provided to 10 newly married Girls, all daughters of widows in Kolkata under the Muthoot Vivahasammanam Project. Each girl was handed over a cheque of Rs 50,000.

    The Cheques were handed over by Shri Uttam Das- Chairman Titagarh Municipal Corporation & Shri Naushad Alam- Ward Councilor, Titagarh Municipal Corporation in the presence of Shri Abdul Wahid, Sr. RM- Kolkata and others.
