The Muthoot Group in association with Delhi Police Force conducted ‘Delhi Police Heart & Eye Checkup Camp’, a nineteen-day camp at NDMC Hall, Lodhi Road, New Delhi on March 12, 2013. The camp was supported by Foundation for Social Awakening (FSA) and Paysuni Charitable Trust and Fortis Escorts Health Institute. A team of doctors, nutritionists, and paramedical staff from Fortis hospital were present at the camp to provide free health check-up and consultation to the police personnel. Basic health check-up like physical examination, BMI, blood pressure, blood sugar, ECG, and ECHO (if required) were provided.
The people present at the workshop pledged to work towards a healthier heart for themselves and for their families. The camp witnessed active participation by the Delhi Police personnel which included Additional Commissioners, DCPs, ACPs, and other senior Police Personnel.
