The Muthoot M George Excellence Awards recognise academically outstanding students from government schools across India, encouraging excellence at a crucial stage of learning.

The programme specifically focuses on:

• Students of Classes 8 and 9
• Cash prize of ₹3,000 and a memento awarded to each recipient

• 11,919 students supported nationwide
• ₹3.31 crore invested
• Implemented across 10 locations in the 2025–26 edition:
  Kerala, Chennai, Madurai, Mangalore, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Goa, Kolkata, and Delhi
