As part of its ongoing commitment to social responsibility and community engagement, the Regional Office Pune successfully conducted an Individual Social Responsibility (ISR) initiative on 07th Feb 2026 at Mai Bal Bhavan—an orphanage NGO dedicated to the care and upbringing of visually challenged girls and boys.
The initiative was led by Lt Col Sachin Ghorpade (Retd), Regional Manager, Pune, with enthusiastic support from the staff members of the Regional Office Pune. During the visit, essential items such as old clothes, fruits, and snacks were distributed to the children, bringing smiles and warmth to many young hearts.
A total of 40 children benefited from the initiative. Beyond distributing essentials, the team spent quality time interacting with the children, offering encouragement and compassion. The visit was a humbling experience, highlighting the resilience of the visually challenged children and reinforcing the importance of inclusivity and collective social responsibility.
This ISR activity stands as a testament to our organization’s values of compassion, service, and social impact—demonstrating that even small acts of kindness can create lasting change.
Together, we reaffirm our pledge to serve society and make a positive difference—one life at a time.
Congratulations to the RO Pune team for their active participation and for successfully conducting this meaningful and noble initiative.
