As part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, Muthoot Finance donated 25 bicycles to underprivileged girl students of Kasturba Gandhi Girls Hostel Cholapur Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh on March 28, 2026. This initiative was carried out under the “Muthoot Hope of Wheels” project.

The bicycle distribution ceremony was conducted by Mr. Shashank Mishra, Branch Manager (Shivpur Branch), in the presence of Mrs. Sudha Yadav, In-Charge of the Hostel along with other faculty members, students and their parents.

This CSR initiative is aimed at addressing key challenges faced by students in accessing education. By providing bicycles will reduce absenteeism and dropout rates, promote regular attendance, and empower girl students with greater mobility and independence as Kasturba Gandhi Girls School is located over 4KM from the Hostel.

The beneficiaries and Hostel authorities expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Muthoot Finance for this generous contribution, which will enable students to commute safely and conveniently to school.
