Under its CSR initiative, The Muthoot Group has Donated Smart Classroom in Geography Department of University of Allahabad, Old Katra, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

Handover ceremony was done in presence of Prof. Sangita Srivastava, Vice Chancellor of University of Allahabad, Prof. Anupam Panday, Head Department of Geography, Ms. Navi Chauhan, Coordinator CSR & HR, Mr. V.K. Tripathi, Regional Manager, Sanjay Seth, Chief Manager Marketing, Gaurav Sharma, Anant Rai, Branch Head, and University Professors & Children.

This initiative will help almost 4,000-5,000 students in a year of the Arts faculty. Most of the students are from lower and middle class background.
