Under the CSR initiative of Muthoot Finance, three Anganwadis were fully renovated and provided with child friendly furniture, specialized floorings, fall ceiling, fans, smart LED TVs, almirahs, cupboards, toys and indoor games at Composite School, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

These three Muthoot Smart Anganwadis were inaugurated by Shri Alexander George Muthoot , Joint Managing Director The Muthoot Group, in the presence of Mrs. Shashi Varshney, District Program Officer Ghaziabad- U.P.; Mr. Rupansh Kumar Jain, Child Development Project Officer, Ghaziabad U.P.; Mr. Rakesh Mohan Diwan, Senior General Manager- CSR and Corporate Affairs; Mr. Deepak Chandna, Regional Manager- Delhi East and other senior officers of Corporate Office North and Regional Office- East Delhi and Mr. Alok Varshney, Rotari Club Member, Vasant Kunj was also present there.

These three Angnanwadis are catering to about 90 chidden in the age group of 3-6 who are belonging to very poor and underprivileged families. Their parents are daily wage earners or doing petty jobs.

These three Muthoot Smart Anganwadis will help in providing early childhood education through modern teaching aids. This will also ensure the overall development of the children in their early ages.
