On December 30, 2025, Muthoot Finance strengthened its commitment to digital inclusion by launching the “Transforming Learning Through Computer Lab Project” at Dakshina Kannada Upper Primary School, Mithoor, Dakshina Kannada. As part of this CSR initiative, the company donated 4 desktop computers to the school, with a total investment of ₹1,10,000.

Enabling Digital Access for Young Learners

This initiative will benefit over 120 students by providing access to essential computer education and digital tools. With this support, students will be able to:

• Learn basic computer operations and software skills
• Access educational resources through the internet
• Develop logical thinking through introductory coding
• Understand cyber ethics and safe online practices

The project aims to build digital confidence and equip students with skills that are essential for academic growth and future career opportunities.

Handover Ceremony

The computers were formally handed over by Mr. Prashanth Naik, Regional Manager (Mangalore), in the presence of Smt. Mohini Jayaka, President of Grama Panchayath, Idkidu, along with education officials and SDMC committee members. The stakeholders appreciated the initiative and acknowledged its positive impact on strengthening digital learning in the school.
