Muthoot Soundscape is the flagship CSR initiative dedicated to empowering children with congenital hearing impairment by providing quality hearing aids along with structured rehabilitation and long-term support. The initiative goes beyond medical assistance it enables communication, confidence, education and social inclusion, helping children experience the world of sound and opportunity.

Launched in January 2025 in Kerala, the inaugural edition of Muthoot Soundscape marked a significant milestone in inclusive CSR outreach. In this phase. Through these efforts, Muthoot Soundscape has supported a total of 267 children so far, with a cumulative CSR investment of ₹32,09,320. Implemented across multiple locations in Kerala and Telangana and Maharashtra the initiative also ensures long-term service and maintenance support for the hearing aids provided. Through Muthoot Soundscape, the organisation continues to expand its reach restoring sound, building confidence, and enabling brighter futures for children across communities.

As part of the second edition of the programme, hearing aids were distributed to 50 underprivileged children at Ashray Akruthi School, Hyderabad. In Mumbai, 27 hearing aids were distributed to children with hearing impairments under the “Muthoot Soundscape Enabling Young Ears” programme held at the Corporate Office, Dadar.
